Class 91 - GEC Design - Bo-Bo

Members of class are: 91001 to 91031 and are all in Great North Eastern Railway (GNER) livery and assigned to Bounds Green depot. These locomotives are used for the GNER services from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh and Glasgow Central up the East Coast Main Line. Their maximum speed is 140 mph (225 kph), and they are known as the Intercity 225s.
