Facelifted with fluorescent lighting. Numbers are 3401-39/42/45-59/62-64/66-3501, 3503-37/39-91 and 3801 to 3810. Allocated to Brighton (BI), Ramsgate (RE) and Wimbledon (WD) depots.

423 3075 stands next to 158868 at Southampton on the 26th June 1993. Unit 3075 has been renumbered 423 3542 and is allocated to Wimbledon Depot (WD).	423 3431 at Wimbledon Station on the 4th April 1993.
