• New units for use on Connex South Eastern services.
• Air conditioned with alluminium alloy bodies, IGBT control, tightlock couplers, disc brakes and regenerative braking.
• Will be able to use 25 kV a.c. overhead and 750 V d.c. third rail.
• Gangways throughout.
• Swing plug doors.
• Maximum Speed 100 mph.

Units numbers will be 375001 to 375030.
