• Gangways throughout vehicle. Cab at each end.
• Sliding plug doors.
• Bogies one P3-10 and one BT38.
• Dimensions 23.21 x 2.70 m.
• Seating 2+2 facing / unidirectional with wheelchair space.
• Maximum Speed of 75 mph.

Class 153.

Unit numbers are: 153301 to 153385 all in Regional Railways livery. Allocated to various depots around the country - Heaton, Cardiff, Norwich, Newton Heath and Tyesley.

Class 155.

Details the same as 153 above.

• DMSL-DMS.
• Wheelchair space is in the DMSL.

These units are all in West Yorkshire PTE livery and are serviced at Neville Hill Depot. Numbers are: 155341 to 155347.

153309 (52309) stands at Lincoln on the 19th August 1992. This unit is now named "GERALD FIENNES" and is allocated to Norwich Crown Point.	153322 and 153328 stand at Nottingham on the 14th February 1993.
153375 and another 153 at Grantham on the 13th June 1993 with the Nottingham Service.	155324 at Exeter St. Davids.
